Regarding tool support, HSPICE doesn't support the
VHDL-AMS language, but there are many other tools
which do. Do a little research on the web, and you
will find out who has what.

Btw, what tools support the simulation of VHDL-AMS model? Are HyperLynx and
Hspice able to simulate this model?
