Hello, I am trying to calculate C-comp using LC oscillator method for output pad. For that i am disabling both NMOS and PMOS from the core side and then doing AC Analysis taking (for supply of 5v) dc 2.5 ac 2.5 so i can't understand that 1. the capacitance that i am calculating using the approach, isn't it that for a signal applied some capacitances are charged up and some are discharged. so how can we say that we have approximate value of capacitance i.e. C_comp. 2. i should try to obtain capacitance also by enabling either PMOS or NMOS too. Thanking you Regards Bhavneet singh --------------------------------- Sneak preview the all-new Yahoo.com. It's not radically different.
