I recommend that you use a fully coupled (and frequency dependent would be even better) sig/pwr/gnd package+PCB model that has ports at the driver, receiver, and power supply locations. There has been a lot of exploration work regarding how to split c_comp over the past 1.5 years. Zhiping Yang has published a few documents about his techniques - it's a good place to start if you haven't seen them yet.
