Hi, I am getting IV/VT mismatch for the ibis file I have attached. My question is regarding how the error percentages are calculated? #--------------------------------------------------------- ERROR - Model MPADP: The [Falling Waveform] with [R_fixture]=50 Ohms and [V_fixture_max]=1.25V has MAX column DC endpoints of 1.06V and 1.44v, but an equivalent load applied to the model's I-V tables yields different voltages ( 1.06V and 1.49V), a difference of 0.03% and 12.27%, respectively. #--------------------------------------------------------- (1) How is the error percentage calculated? I don't understand how this 12.27 came about. Can someone explain? (2) Also the errors are in the MAX corner while warnings are in the TYP and MIN corner. I tried the suggestions in the NCSU website (http://www.ece.ncsu.edu/erl/ibis/faq/S2IBIS3_FAQ.htm#_A5) for fixing these errors but they were not helpful. If I am missing something can someone point out? The cell has different v_fixture voltage compared to its cell's vdd.
