[IBIS-Users] BIRD95_98 simulation tool

Dear all,
As I know, the SSN problem in IBIS has been improved by BIRD95 and BIRD98.
Some summit papers also shown the validation for the improvement, such as
“BIRD95 and BIRD98 Simulations" in European IBIS Summit. However, does
anyone know which simulation tool can be used to do the validation?
