Yup. But be careful about using Amps. Some programs will interpret 'a' to mean atto (1e-18), others ignore it (1e+0).

The two exceptions to this that are recognized by Berkeley SPICE and its descendants, are "meg" (1e+6) and "mil" (2.54e-5). So be careful about writing "milli", you won't get what you expect!
Somehow, in 2100+ pages, the HSPICE manual does not appear to list its recognized multipliers anywhere. Incredible.
