Hi, Thanks for your response. The "5 level" mean the voltage level, not driver strength. Usually, one bit has 2 level (0 or vdd). And 2 bits have 4 level at least. Here is 2-bit using 5 level. If you mean 5 drive strength options, but no change in drive strength option during a transition, then usually one IBIS model is created for each drive strength. If you mean 5 different drive strengths used during one transition (such as a buffer with internal feedback), then table-based IBIS modeling probably would not be suitable.
