[IBIS] How I can extract two value for vinh and vinl

Hi,

     I have just one query. According to the IBIS specification we can 
support Vinh+, Vinh-, Vinl+ & Vinl-.

   I extract these valuse by applying one pulse at the input and find 
out the voltage at which it switch from 0->1 and 1->0. According to me I 
have only one value at one process, voltage temp. How I can extract two 
value for vinh and vinl for one process, voltage and temp.
