[IBIS] [IBIS-Users] accuracy

Hi to all,

the curves of  IBIS model that my  s2ibis2 produces
have  two numbers after the dot:

   0.00      -15.78pA             -0.24nA            -10.56pA
   0.10          8.74mA              4.38mA             15.94mA
  ....

which is the manner to obtain a better accuracy ,
for example four numbers after dot ?  (using this version of s2ibis)

 0.00        -15.7823pA             -0.2434nA            -10.5622pA
 0.10            8.7412mA              4.3812mA             15.9452mA
  ....
