Hello, A new bug fix release of S2IBIS3 is available at http://www.ece.ncsu.edu/erl/ibis/s2ibis3/s2ibis3.htm . The main fixes are: 1) Changes done to make 100 points in the VI tables (the number of points has been made a function of the sweep step). 2) Remove use of tab characters while printing the ibis file. 3) Change VinL to Vinl and VinH to Vinh. 4) Change: SWEEP_STEP_DEFAULT to 0.01. 5) Change: MAX_FILENAME_BASE_LENGTH value to 20 if you plan to use IBIS spec 3.2 6) Change: WAVE_POINTS_DEFAULT =100; (initially this was assigned to 51). 7) Corrected min and max [Ramp] calculation (The simulations for Ramp vary voltage and temperature across min, typ, and max, but all three use typ process libraries.) 8) Corrected the I/O_open_drain keyword. Used to show I_O_open_drain in the generated IBIS file. 9) Fixed pulse generation for ELDO for transient runs (corrected the narrow pulses for the transient runs) Thanks to Mike LaBonte (Cisco) and Jayasree Nayar (Cypress) for making a lot of valuable bug fixes themselves. Also thanks to Dave Lawson (BAE) and Ken Knowles (BAE) for helping in do some crucial testing for the latest release. A lot of valuable suggestions were also made by Charles Sun (IDT), Paul Tuinenga (Mentor), Christophe Robichon (Atmel) and Eric Hsu (Interface Technologies) to name a few. The setup procedure for this latest release remains the same. I have also made a new S2IBIS3 FAQ page that has a lot of questions that I have answered over the months of supporting s2ibis3. Many of these questions are related to setting up s2ibis3 - and I generally receive the same ones over and over again - hence the idea of an FAQ.
