[IBIS] VHDL-AMS code for my presentation uploaded

Hello IBIS fans,

This is to inform everyone interested, that the 
VHDL-AMS code example that illustrates the
presentation I gave at the last IBIS Summit on
implementing the statistical eye algorithm in
VHDL-AMS is finally uploaded on the IBIS web
site.  It can be accessed at:

Please note that due to some changes in the code
I also had to change the presentation a little
to prevent any confusion, so an updated version
of the presentation has also been uploaded.
