Part of the reason we are trying out collaboration tools is to allow participant evaluation and hear about preferences (e.g., which ones are available under which operating systems). We can certainly try WebEx in the future. We have been asked to consider an audio streaming collaboration tool to reduce teleconference costs, particularly for non-US participants.
