[IBIS] pwr/gnd clamp voltage range -vdd to 2vdd;

Hi Experts,

 

 I wanted to create the voltage range for PWR/GND CLAMP from -VDD to
+2VDD ,

 but the tool generated voltage range is -Vcc to Vcc(GND_Clamp) & -Vcc
to 0(PWR_Clamp). 

Can any one let me know how can i get the voltage range (-VDD to +2VDD).
