There is a free tool s2ibis which can be found here: http://www.eigroup.org/IBIS/tools.htm look for S2IBIS3 link. If these tools doesn't answer all your needs then you will write your own tool. I have gone through cookbook and various documents available on the internet. But I would like to know, how to actually start generating IBIS models ? Is there any tool that is used to generate IBIS 4.2 models ? Do we have to buy it or can it be downloaded for free from internet ? Or is it that I need to write a script that will run various simulations( for IV VT Clamp curves etc ) and then extract the data from those simulations to be put in IBIS format ?
