[IBIS] BIRD114.1: IBIS-AMI Definition Clarifications

BIRD114 has been revised to BIRD114.1. The revised text is enclosed and has also been posted to http://www.eda.org/ibis/birds/. The BIRD will be introduced and discussed at tomorrow's IBIS Open Forum teleconference.
