Hi, Yuancheng,
At least one more commercial simulator supports these features. And it
produces the most accurate results (slightly) according to my knowledge.
Check my presentation at DAC 2011 for details.

Drop me a private note if you would like to know who is the third one. J

Subject: RE: [IBIS-Users] BIRD95_98 simulation tool
hello Yuancheng,
The latest releases of Sigrity SPEED2000 and Synopsys HSPICE support
transient simulation with BIRD95/98 power-aware IBIS capabilities. Maybe
others also? Across the industry, I believe a few company-proprietary
versions of SPICE also support such capability.
The ability to generate power-aware IBIS models is equally rare with Sigrity
and a few others having solutions for this.
cheers,
-Brad Brim (Sigrity)

Subject: [IBIS-Users] BIRD95_98 simulation tool
Dear all,
As I know, the SSN problem in IBIS has been improved by BIRD95 and BIRD98.
Some summit papers also shown the validation for the improvement, such as
"BIRD95 and BIRD98 Simulations" in European IBIS Summit. However, does
anyone know which simulation tool can be used to do the validation?
Thanks and regards,
Yuancheng Ji
