Hi Bob, Excellent idea! Do we need just one example for each of the two reserved parameters (then what you propose is just fine), or more. I believe one example would be fine, though for the second example we could show the [Model] line from an *.ibs file where the model name is defined - what do you think? As I see it in version 6.0 draft that the location of similar examples is just right after the definition of each of the reserved parameters. And, yes, let's work together, perhaps keeping a small e-mail distribution. That would make the documentation format consistent with all the other Reserved Parameters in Version 6.0. I can work with you with this, if you wish. For example Examples (Resolve_Exists (Usage Info) (Type Boolean) (Value True) (Description "Tells EDA tool to use AMI_Resolve function") ) (Model_Name (Usage In) (Type String) (Value "tx_buffer") (Description "Model name sent to the executable model") ) Bob -- Bob Ross Teraspeed Consulting Group, LCC http://www.teraspeed.com bob@teraspeeed.com Direct : 503-246-8048 Teraspeed Labs: 971-279-5325 Headquarters: 401-284-1827 Teraspeed is a registered service mark of Teraspeed Consulting Group LLC -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. -------------------------------------------------------------------- |For help or to subscribe/unsubscribe, e-mail mikelabonte@eda-stds.org |or ibis-request@eda-stds.org | |IBIS reflector archives exist under: | | http://www.eda-stds.org/ibis/email_archive/ Recent | http://www.eda-stds.org/ibis/users_archive/ Recent | http://www.eda-stds.org/ibis/email/ E-mail since 1993Received on Fri Sep 13 11:23:25 2013
