BIRD155.2, New AMI API to Resolve Dependent Model Parameter has been posted
on behalf of Fangyi Rao and Radek Biernacki of Agilent Technologies and Adge
Hawes of IBM.

BIRD155.2 adds two simple examples to the Reserved Parameters Resolve_Exists
and Model_Name.  It also changes dll to executable model.
