Hi,

   From my understanding,

While calculating Pull-up data

Total Pull up Current = Pull up current with input high and buffer
enabled(sweep from -VDDS to 2VDDS) - (Power clamp current with buffer
disabled and input high with sweep voltage from VDDS to 2VDDS range)-
(Ground Clamp current with buffer disabled and input is high with sweep
from -VDDS to +VDDS)

Same way for Pull down
Total Pull down Current = Pull down current with input low and buffer
enabled(sweep from -VDDS to 2VDDS) - (Power clamp current with buffer
disabled and input is low with sweep voltage from VDDS to 2VDDS range)-
(Ground Clamp current with buffer disabled and input low with sweep from
-VDDS to +VDDS)

Is the s2ibis2 script handling it the same way?

Hi,
Both the pull-up and pull-down VI curves subtract the power and ground
clamp curves respectively to obtain the VI table in s2ibis2 and s2ibis3.
This is done only for models with enable inputs. Hope that helps.
