Akilesh,

Even though those two resistors are "between"
the two output pads, in reality they are each
a resistor to a supply rail that has a value
of 0.5 volts. So there is nothing "differential"
about them. Having said that I hope you will
see that they could simply be put in the clamp
IV curves of the model of each pad. The 0.5 V
offset will just make them shift out of the
origin so that they will cross the voltage
axis at 0.5 V, instead of the usual 0 V (if
there are no other funny things coming from
the clamping "diodes").

Subject: [IBIS-Users] problem in IBIS model of differential cell

Hello experts,

I am making ibis models of differential cell in which output part is
something like this

VOA
| 50ohm 50ohm |VOB
| -----/\/\/\----|-----/\/\/\-----|
|
_|__
-- 0.5V
|
_|
\ / gnd

In this VOA and VOB are output pads and commen mode voltage is 0.5V. If
I apply any suplly on any pad then some current flow throgh 50 ohm
resistence. I am not able to understand how I model this current so that
every simulater read it. If I don't model it then there is drift in IBIS
and spice result.

Can any one help me to find out some solution.

Regards
Akhilesh
