Actually the problem is the other way around. The parser errors indicate
that
during the v/t testing with the load the part works fine. The errors are
when
the parser compares the DC i/v curves with the end points of the v/t curves.
The
results of the v/t curve look reasonable. But the same load applied to the
i/v curve
yields unreasonable results. Indicating the the i/v data is messed up OR the
parser
is having trouble with the load line computation. Increasing the simulation
time is
clearly not the answer here. I suggest scrutinizing the circuit files that
extract the
DC i/v curves first. Then check the i/v curves to see if the results seem
reasonable.
Based on the parser I don't think so. Otherwise he may have special
technology
such that the i/v curve does not cross 0 or something of that nature and
that can
cause the parser to have problems computing the correct result from the load
line.
