Dear Mithlesh, Thanks. I solve most of the pins problem. The fault that I make was : FYI, this is a stacked product. And I join-up the IO supply for 2 same products. SO, I got the problem. Now, I seperate it and I get normal reading. But there are some pins that joining input address with IO pins. This need some time to figure out the problem. Will let you know when I solve it. rdgs YYLAU

>From: Mithlesh Shrivas <mithlesh.shrivas@freescale.com>
>To: tom@teraspeed.com
>CC: lau yy <tok47@hotmail.com>, ibis-users@eda.org
>Subject: Re: [IBIS-Users] PULL-UP and PULL-DOWN problem
>Date: Mon, 09 May 2005 09:36:03 +0530
>
>Hi,
>I had a similar kind of problem.I found that my esd_boost signal was
>connected to vdd (core supply) rather ovdd (IO supply).
