Probably not in this case.  This case is different.

The final endpoint has an error of only 0.01%.  It is the starting point
that is off and is triggering the warning message.

I think the other reasons cited by Tom Dagostino are where you should look.

Another possibility is that the leading edge of the V/T data was manually
truncated, and a little too much of it was cut off.
