To have the specification of the golden parser only ask directly the 
Open forum chair or an IBIS officier (see the link). I'm not sure that 
there's something on the IBIS Web pages.

Now, your limitation with IBISCHK is perhaps on the file names 
definition (Section 3, General Syntax Rules & Guidelines) in the IBIS 
specification.
