Hi , For this you can use below solutions 1) increase ITL1 (this increase the no.of iterations for getting operating point so that simulation will proceed) because reducing step size is not proper as it is limited to 100 points based on the range 2) if you are facing problem other than 1 st point value (prints data for few steps of PAD voltage and stops because of convergence) increase ITL2 which is DC transfer curve iterations 3) instead of giving as entire range say .DC VPAD -1.8 3.6 0.06 You can print all PAD current steps individually using . RERUN statement each for each VPAD step value but here some manual work is required.
