Hi Sujit, From my limited experience with s2ibis3, I discovered that the pulse size was generated by dividing your sweep range by 100 points. If you need to make it finer, you might need to edit the .spi files manually, but keep in mind that the number of points allowed for version 3.2 is 100 only. Thank you.
