Hi Yauncheng,
If the issue is that you have more than 100 points
in .out files. Then, there is a way to do this but I do not know if this is
the really the best/efficient way.
1. You can use the iterate command option in .s2i. Edit the .spi
files and reduce the step/range in .spi file and do a hspice simulation of
all .spi files (which have more than 100 points) and generate the .out
files and rerun the s2ibis3 tool for the IBIS model
Does this help you?
Thanks,
Ramesh

Subject: [IBIS-Users] error msg in s2ibis3
Dear all,
when I use s2ibis3 to convert an HSPICE file to IBIS file, I got the error
msg shown as below:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1
at sortVIData.sortVIData(ibisModel, ibisVItable, ibisVItable,
ibisVItable, ibisVItable) (Unknown Source)
at analyzePin.analyzePin(ibisPin, ibisPin, ibisPin, ibisPin, ibisPin,
ibisPin, int, java.lang.String, java.lang.String, java.lang.String, int,
int) (Unknown Source)
at analyzeComponent.analyzeComponent(int, int, int, java.lang.String)
(Unknown Source)
at s2ibis3.main(java.lang.String[]) (Unknown Source)
It seems that the data points number of IV curves out of the range--100. Is
there any way to solve the problem?
Thanks and regards,
Yuancheng
