Subject: [IBIS] question about the [Composite Current] table
Hi IBIS experts,
I have the basic question about the [Composite Current] table of IBIS5 model.
The ibis5.1 syntax explains the [Composite Current] as follows.
Keyword: [Composite Current]
Required: No
Description: Describes the shape of the rising and falling edge current waveforms from the power reference terminal of the buffer.
And the circuit image is attached file.
So I understood as follows.
The ibis5 model can consider the Bounce of V(vdd, vss) because of the current "vdd -> pch -> R_fix -> gnd".
But the ibis5 model CAN'T consider the Bounce of V(vdd, vss) because of the current "V_fix -> R_fix -> nch -> gnd".
Is my understanding correct ?

Ryohei Kato
