UNNOFFICIAL VERSION 4.0 - WORK IN PROGRESS (ver4.0_wip)

This directory contains UNOFFICIAL interim rollups of changes and approved
BIRDS into a DRAFT of VERSION 4.0 - the next planned upgrade of IBIS.

IBIS VERSION 4.0 UNOFFICIAL VERSIONS

  IBIS Version 3.2 was ratified on August 20 1999 as EIA-656-A and further
  ratified as ANSI/EIA-656-A on September 21, 1999.  The official version
  is under the directory /pub/ibis/ver3.2.  This document shows inclusion
  of changes in preparation for an IBIS Version 4.0 release.

  ver4_0b.ibs    Draft IBIS Version 4.0 showing inclusion of approved
                 BIRD62.6, BIRD64.4, BIRD66, and BIRD67.  A ver4_0a.ibs
                 with just BIRD62.6 was never uploaded.  Some other editorial
                 changes are included and documented.  Date of the document
                 is set arbitrarily to May 1, 2001.

  ver4_0c.ibs    Draft IBIS Version 4.0 adds approved BIRD65.2 and BIRD68.1.

  ver4_0d.ibs    Draft IBIS Version 4.0 adds approved BIRD70.5 and BIRD71.
                 Date of the document is set arbitrarily to December 1, 2001.

  ver4_0e.ibs    Draft IBIS Version 4.0 adds approved BIRD72.3.

  ver4_0f.ibs    Draft IBIS Version 4.0 adds approved BIRD73.4.
                 Date of the document is set arbitrarily to June 1, 2002.
