New execuables for ibischk3 Version 3.2.8 have been
uploaded under:

Thanks to Matthew Flora for the windows executable
and Guy de Burgh for the Unix executables.  The
linux executable should be uploaded next week.

This version fixes BUG48-56 and BUG59.
