This program consists of a driver "icmchk1" and a library "libicm"
and is Copyright (C) 2003-2005 Kelly C. Green kgreen22@mindspring.com

Both are free software, however, to maximize the usefulness of
the library, "libicm" is licensed with the less restrictive
LGPL. The intention is to permit the use of the "libicm" library
by 'non-free' applications, without triggering the so-called
'viral' aspect of the GPL itself.

Regardless of which licence applies, you are still obligated to
make sources available if you modify and redistribute either
"icmchk1" or "libicm" in any way.

However, you do not have to publish source code for a non-free
program that either 'execs' icmchk1, or is linked with the
"libicm" shareable library.

If these license terms are not acceptable, you may contact either
me or the IBIS Open Forum to secure a non-public license under a
fee structure similar to that of the ibischk4 parser.
