I think the answer is, "it depends."

If you change Model_type from OUTPUT to I/O, you would have a
tri-stateable buffer. You would need to add Vinh and Vinl values too.

But if the model didn't have [Gnd Clamp] and [Power Clamp] sections
already, you wouldn't be able to correctly mimic the buffer in the high
impedance state.
