Hello Akhilesh,
I went through all the e-mail trail related to this subject.

I believe you can use driver schedule to give the start time like this.
Having only one model defined in the driver schedule and giving suitable 
delays needed as below.

[Driver Schedule] |
 Model_Name Rise_on_dly Rise_off_dly Fall_on_dly Fall_off_dly
 |model_name          3ns                X         3ns                    X

Pls refer to the cookbook to cook this spicy!
