I have a question involving IBIS modeling which is a part of my project. I will be glad if anyone can give suggestions to my problems.
Problem: Is there any way I can extract IBIS parameters from an IC for example a HEX inverter DM74LS04 with physical measurements?
If it is not possible then does it mean that I can do this only for Driver IC's? using High Speed scope and other lab equipment.
If its possible then how do I proceed? Also I do not have means for a JTAG setup based measurements.
Your help is highly appreciated.
