Hi All,

                   I was trying generate IBIS model for async  SRAM. I used
the HSPICE netlist for generating the IBIS model. While doing so I
encountered  an java exception(shown in pdf) while collecting .out files of
Rising and falling waveforms . The .out  files for rising and falling
waveforms  have been generated but the s2ibis3 (1.1 version) tool was not
able to collect it. I have attached the  error which I encountered in .pdf .
I think probably this could be a bug in the tool. Could you please let me
know the corrective action for this error? Also how could I get higher
versions of S2ibis3 1.2 ,1.3 if any in which there are no bugs?  Also could
you please let me know how does the s2ibis3 tool calculates the value of
ramp rate from rdn1.out,run1.out files etc?
