Hello, I am trying to model a fully differential receiver in IBIS using the method described in http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/summits/oct03/muranyi.pdf. The results are good only at the typical corner. At minimum and maximum corners, the currents from IBIS simulation are not matching with the netlist for Vin < 0 and Vin > VCC. However, there is a very good correlation for 0 < Vin < VCC at all the corners. Can somebody please suggest what could have caused this? This is the operating voltage: | typ min max [Voltage Range] 1.8 1.62 1.98 The nested DC sweep simulations are performed as below: For typ : -1.8 to 3.6 For min : -1.62 to 3.78 For max : -1.98 to 3.42 Best regards, Gowtham -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. -------------------------------------------------------------------- |For help or to subscribe/unsubscribe, e-mail majordomo@eda-stds.org |with the appropriate command message(s) in the body: | | help | subscribe ibis <optional e-mail address, if different> | subscribe ibis-users <optional e-mail address, if different> | unsubscribe ibis <optional e-mail address, if different> | unsubscribe ibis-users <optional e-mail address, if different> | |or e-mail a request to ibis-request@eda-stds.org. | |IBIS reflector archives exist under: | | http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/email_archive/ Recent | http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/users_archive/ Recent | http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/email/ E-mail since 1993Received on Tue Jun 30 22:04:41 2009
