Re: BIRD for ECL

Following Oct 1st meeting here are my comments about ECL;

1. Have a field called TECHNOLOGY

   for example
   TECHNOLOGY = ECL

   should be sufficient to indicate that a different type of modelling is
   necessary. I think a new Technology field is preferable to using the
   existing Model_Type field

2. May be in the case of ECL we may revert back to using absolute V-I data as found in data books today. The downside of this that
     another field to indicate explicitly the voltage level of the VCC rail
     will be necessary.
