[IBIS] ESD pad (ANA) IBIS model

Hello expert,

I have an IBIS model of USB PHY (ANA pad is not connected during 
development),
now I want to develop top IBIS which is having USB PHY connected with 
ANA pad (ANA pad has only ESD diode protection).

So how could I develop standalone IBIS model of ANA pad, which has only 
ESD protection circuit.
Is it possible??
If yes then which parameters and curves I need to extract for ANA pad 
IBIS model.
