The BIRD will undergo additional discussion at the next IBIS Open Forum teleconference on Nov. 30, 2012. A complete list of BIRDs, along with the status of each, is available at http://www.eda.org/ibis/birds/. Please note that the new BIRD template, in Microsoft Word* format, was used for this BIRD. The web list now supports direct links to submitted BIRDs formatted according to the new template. Thanks to Mike LaBonte for his work in updating the website to accommodate the new document format.
