Hello experts, I just made a model for a LVDS driver, attached below. Driver has data input "D" and two outputs : P is non-inverting N is inverting I'm trying to validate the model by simulating it together with Spice netlist of the model. Red line is netlist; white line is IBIS model. As you can see, the first transition is an excellent match but 2nd one has a delay. 1st plot or the "P" signals shows good match on L-H transition but IBIS model is too fast on H-L transition 2nd plot or the "N" signals shows good match on H-L transition but IBIS model is too fast on L-H transition. Since the problem is symmetric, I thought maybe someone can tell me why this occurs. I don't understand why 1st transition is very good match but 2nd is too early for IBIS (white signal). Any hints appreciated. Model attached, and passed the 4.1 parser except for warnings on the DC load line (waveforms vs. IV data).
