Hello Sudarshan, The 3rd warning means that, a clamp is allowing as much as 1/3 amp of current to flow, while the voltage is still within the voltage rails. This is probably not what you intended, unless, you are incorporating the electrical charactersitics of an on-die-terminator into the clamps.
