Hi Siva,

The input models are simply esd ground clamps. This must be how the semiconductor vendor implements ESD on these devices. Because they are ground clamps they are not dependent on the VDD or Voltage range of the receiver, so the two inputs behave exactly
the same I/V characteristics. If they also had a power clamp then the behavior would be different because the power clamp would tie the Voltage range (VDD) to the input in some manor.
