Sorry my answer was incomplete. The range stays the same for all 3 corners: TYP -Vcc to TYP 2*Vcc. - Lynne -----Original Message----- From: NG,MEI-YEE [mailto:mei-yee.ng@avagotech.com] Sent: Tuesday, October 17, 2006 10:59 PM To: Lynne D. For example, in min, my Vcc will be lower hence, the range -Vcc to Vcc will be different from the range for typical simulation, is that right? Same case for max, my Vcc will be higher, so does my simulation range change according to the max Vcc as well? Thanks. Best regards, Mei Yee -----Original Message----- From: Lynne D. It is highly recommended that all I-V tables should go from -Vcc to 2*Vcc in the completed IBIS model. More information can be found in the IBIS Cookbook. http://www.vhdl.org/pub/ibis/cookbook/cookbook-v4.pdf When you have completed a model, please feel free to send it to the IBIS Model Review Committee. http://www.eigroup.org/ibis/support.htm Best regards, Lynne "IBIS training when you need it, where you need it." However, this range remains the same figure for ALL corners i.e. fast, slow and typical. This means that if my Vcc is 3V, the sweep range for all the corners is -3 to 3V, regardless of my Vcc at various corners. Is this the standard for Ground clamp? I tried using the keyword [GND clamp reference] 2.7 3 3.3 but the range still remains -3 to 3V. Kindly advice. Thank you.
