1) Search for series mosfet in this doc:
http://eda.org/pub/ibis/ver5.0/ver5_0.txt
2) Since this is a receiver, pullup/pulldown tables are perhaps not required.
The common mode current should go to clamp tables and the differential currents
should go to the series model.
