Andy:

The clamp I-V tables should be consistant with the
process/temperature/voltage conditions used for the
pullup and pulldown tables and thet V-T tables. There
is no statement that the clamp currents are ordered by
magnitude. So, Min SPICE should lead to Min IBIS.
