Re: [IBIS-Users] PULL-UP and PULL-DOWN problem

Hi,
I had a similar kind of problem.I found that my esd_boost signal was 
connected to vdd (core supply) rather ovdd (IO supply). I changed the 
connection and it worked.  So this
could be because of some wrong connections.
